This neat device is a real aid to setting hoops. It clamps onto the hoop's uprights and can be adjusted enabling you to set the hoops to the required opening size. It is strongly made to take the punishment of hoops being pounded into the ground.

Each clamp comes with a convenient hoop gauge with 3 11/16 and 3 3/4 inch settings to ensure your hoops are set to the required size.
