Our Returns Policy
We hope that by providing the right advice and descriptions, you will be delighted with the items you purchase. However, we realise that it can sometimes be difficult to be sure what you are getting if you are not able to personally visit the shop and view the goods for yourself and you may want to return items.
For all unused items within 30 days of receipt
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. For goods which are not faulty you will be required to pay and arrange the return of the goods. Please ensure that the goods are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts during transit.
Defective or incorrect items
You can always return items if they are defective, not what you ordered, or where the product description we have provided differs in a significant way from the items supplied. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Please call us first as any defective parts can often be replaced quickly. We do require a photograph of any damage or faults.
To return an item
To return an item, please first call the shop to discuss the matter with us. We will ask you to wrap the package securely in its original box, and either send the package back to us, or we will arrange to have it collected.
